Luis Humberto Goyzueta
CEO
Natural resources entrepreneur, investor, and mining executive with almost 30 years of experience building and scaling mining companies across Peru and Latin America.
Co-founded multiple resource companies throughout his career, including, most recently, Mochica Resources Inc., Titiminas Silver Inc., Pasto Bueno Tungsten Inc., and Raya Minerals Ltd. He has played a leading role in the identification, financing, development, and monetization of mining opportunities, with a track record of creating substantial value for shareholders and strategic partners.
Founder and Chief Executive Officer/President of two Peruvian mining companies, both of which were successfully sold, generating approximately 8x returns for investors in under six years.
Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of PBF, now part of Valero Energy, a Fortune 500 company.
Former Chief Executive Officer of Stellar Mining Ltd., a private equity-backed company that discovered, developed, and now operates the Toropunto Silver Mine.
Chief Executive Officer of Titiminas Silver Inc., where he led the company through its RTO and funding round, delivering more than 20x returns to early investors over five years.
Luis holds a degree in Economics and Finance from Bentley University. He’s an international Jiu-Jitsu and grappling competitor and currently resides between Spain and Peru.
